For years I thought that the sandal Jackie O always wore was by designer Jack Rogers. That’s actually incorrect. Stephen Bonanno is the designer of the famous sandal. Everything else you see is a copy, an interpretation, a knock-off.

I was in Palm Beach last week, and was on a mission to buy a “real” pair of the famous sandals. I bought the “chanel” version – of course I did!

You can get them in almost any color combination you want. The fit is exceptional. The craftsmanship is noticeably superior to other guys. I LOVE mine! Check out the website Stephen Bonanno.

    Wow! Who knew? I just assumed that Jack Rogers was the original designer as we throw that name around to refer to that type of sandal.
    I gotta get me some Bonannos…the website is so fun!

    Um. Where did you get that information? It’s wrong to mislead the public like that. As far as I’m concerened Jack Rogers are the real deal.

    You’re wrong. Stephen Bonnano came first. Jack Rogers may be the real deal to you, but that is not the brand Jackie O wore.

    To be honest the Palm Beach Sandal Co. has the best quality leather for their sandals. The biggest thing is that they get their sandals to you in less than two weeks, which is amazing!!!  :) you’ve got to love the Palm Beach Sandal Company :)
