what I look for
The first thing I notice is the color combination. If that speaks to me, I move on to the fabric. If it’s itchy at all, I walk away. I need it to feel good on my skin, I want to look forward to wearing it.
I never match a scarf to just one outfit. I look for a scarf that will blend overall with my entire wardrobe. Or I’ll look for a bold color that will create a great pop – like turquoise or pink. Remember to consider skin tone when choosing a scarf. Since it sits next to your face, it should compliment your coloring.
