To a lunch I planned for my sister’s birthday?

Hmmm… There were only a couple of dresses that seemed suitable for a lunchtime soiree. One was a beautiful coral BCBG dress, the other a floral Catherine Malandrino.

I chose the Malandrino for the absurd and irrational reason that I felt the other made me look fat on this particular day. You know what I mean girls… somedays are super skinny days and some aren’t. C’est la vie!

My sister is lucky, she has the nicest group of girlfriends. I listened to so many funny stories about their teenage kids, and some of the stunts they’ve tried to pull.

We’re not talking about your average, run of the mill moms – they’re the A-Team. They are accomplished, well educated, and involved in their children’s lives.

We had lunch at one of the most fabulous shops in Dallas. The T-Room is inside of the retail shop Forty Five Ten. The clothing at this store is select. The designers they choose are modern, and the pieces are extraordinary. It’s not cheap – obviously.The atmosphere was perfect for a fabulous ladies lunch. Pure sophistication!

I fell in love with these prints! I’m thinking – the top of my stairs?
