I’m over the skinny jean leggings (a.k.a. Jeggings). I feel at ease in this cut.

The new slouchy skinny is much more forgiving, more comfortable, and a sexier look. They still fit like a skinny, but have more room through the thighs and butt. It plays into the boyfriend trend that continues to evolve.

Some girls don’t like the original super slouchy boyfriend jeans. I heard complaints that they were too baggy, and women thought they made them look fat….

You’re NOT fat!! The jeans are to blame!

The slouchy skinny gives the same feel as the boyfriend jean, without completely losing the outline of your frame. I actually think they make you look slimmer than the super tight skinnies. My favorites are from Gap, and Jbrand.

It’sTHE jean to have for Spring/Summer.

    I totally agree! My faves are also J Brand and Gap. The Boyfriend looks so cute on some people, but it just makes me look frumpy and/or dumpy. As my friend Amy would say, “frump-a-dump.”
