They're gorgeous, but for wearing them I'm on the fence. Which is probably good, since they're $700. I have a few pair of nude shoes, but I don't know if I am a nude shoe person.

I love nude shoes. They disappear- making it all about the rest of the outfit. Sometimes, I want to showcase a great pair of shoes, and sometimes I want my feet to blend away.

My skin is really pink – nude shoes really do not “disappear” on me. They really just emphasize that I have pink skin! I should think about getting some pale pink shoes…?

I see your point. Yeah, maybe some pale pink shoes. Or… just go with what's been working for you so far.

I love the look – I just can't pull it off. I did think of you last night when I watched the ice skating with the beige hose-wrapped skates. Same effect!
