Some people think a second sex and the city movie is like beating a dead horse. I hear that, and I get it. I’m still going though! I have to see the girls – period.

the outfit

Carrie’s clothing doesn’t always work in the real world, but I think this outfit will translate beautifully. It’s a simple white cotton dress, pumped up with accessories. The outfit has ‘carrie’ written all over it. The stand out shades, the unexpected art deco necklace, and the glamorous clutch. The gold shades are backordered for forever, but Gucci makes a similar style. As for the necklace, if you like the style, search vintage shops for one you love.

    I had seen the trailer already, and once again, I have to ask. What in the world is up with Kim Kattral's face??? Someone overdid it with the cosmetic surgery, looks like :-(

    What happens to women as they age? They think they need to get a crazy amount of work done – when (really) they look better natural. Sometimes, I look at celebs and think “what the heck happened to her?”

    I love this whole look, down to the gold aviators! Plus, I don't have to buy any of the accessories – just the dress! My gold glasses aren't Gucci, but they work for me!

    And I am not missing it, either. I have to see the girls, too!
