To me they are a more specialized version of a skinny jean. Given that, I doubt I'll be buying a pair - I'll just wear my skinny or straight leg jeans for the same function. But I can see how some women might find them useful. I've actually been searching for the perfect pair. I want them for wearing with my tall boots. I have thick calves as is making absolutely no room for me to tuck in jeans. Denim leggings would solve this problem. I of course would wear it with a top that is longer so they look more polished and less 80's... However they have to be dark denim and with great stitching.
