fabulously full skirts
Full skirts have the amazing ability of making a girl’s waist look tiny. Personally, I love that! I must admit, I love a full skirt. I think they are feminine, flirty, and they add a spring in my step. They look fantastic with a bare leg, and even better with an opaque stocking. Since the skirt is so full, the top should be narrow. Show your waist. You don’t want to look like marshmallow walking down the street.
