There is a vintage quality to the belts that are ‘hot’ right now. My mom used to wear a fabulous one with two big gold lion heads. I can’t tell you what I would give to have that belt now. If you can find a vintage belt in this style, it will create a flawless look.
While my Mom used to wear her belt when she was dressed up, you can wear them in a much more casual fashion. We’re seeing these belts with denim, t-shirts, jumpsuits, over jackets, and over sweaters. You’ll want to be careful wearing a necklace, it may take away from the statement of the belt. A cuff bracelet, however, may look smashing.
