Brazil has a problem with printing words in English on clothes. Especially the lower end – copycat, poorly made, cheap as hell – lines. You can find pink tank tops with “sexy girl” printed on your breasts in silver. And people do wear them. I am going to bet that it's only the non-english speakers, but I won't say for sure. It's been like this for years and probably won't change… So that swimsuit is not unheard-of here.
