She’s the All-American seventies icon. Her hairstyle became synonymous with a decade, and women everywhere wanted to look like Farrah. Her sexy red swimsuit poster was in almost every teenage boy’s bedroom, and to this day wannabees like Pam Anderson fail to recreate that perfect poster pose. She is the one, the only – Farrah Fawcett! People don’t always have the best things to say about Farrah, but I applaud a woman who walks away from a hit show to pursue her dream to be a movie star. That … takes guts! She went for it, and was met with success. Over the years she has been nominated for 6 Golden Globes, and 3 Emmy’s. Farrah has been fighting cancer, and recently announced that it has spread to the liver. Contrary to recent rumors Farrah is not in a coma. She was hospitalized after a treatment, and is said to be doing well.
