They were incredibly comfortable. I wear a 4 1/2, so they were my only shot at getting cream satin shoes that fit. The only concern is that true ballroom dance shoes have soft leather soles that are not made for use on anything other than a wood or marble floor. Concrete will tear through them and damp grass will soak them. You can have a rubber sole affixed to the bottom, which is what I would recommend if you want to wear them outdoors.
