Once again, we are mesmerized by European style. How they pull it all together confounds us. It’s as if they don’t even have to try; it appears natural. Gerard Le Goff designed a line that captures the spirit and soul of this style. The IKKS collection is contemporary, relevant, and of course comfortable. By comfortable, we don’t mean slouchy. We mean it feels good on a woman’s body. It’s structured and contoured to fit properly, using nice fabrics, and the pieces all work well together. I think that may be where the disconnect is for American women. For us, comfort and style are two totally different things. And maybe that is the essence of American style. When we dress up, we do it well. When we dress down, we go all the way. Well, what if you could have both? We think there are European lines, like IKKS, that can give us chic styling in a truly comfortable way. The good news is, there are other ways out there to embrace an easy feeling. We would love to see IKKS offer their collection to American women. Currently, the line is only available in Europe. What do you think, would American women welcome this look?
